Requirements for preparing summaries:

An author cannot participate with more than two abstracts in which he/she is the first author.
The abstract must be presented in Bulgarian and English, font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt, line spacing 1.5.
The summary should not exceed 200 words of main text.
Abstract structure: introduction, objective, materials and methods, results and conclusion.
The title should be short and informative, start with a capital letter, and not use abbreviations.
The names of the authors are presented with the full spelling of the first and last names and initials of the last name. The name of the presenting author is emphasized using Bold. The scientific degrees and titles of the authors are not indicated.
Under the authors' names, the place of employment (department/clinic, faculty/medical institution, university) is indicated, indicated by a superscript number.
The author's telephone number and email address for correspondence are provided.
The summary should not contain graphs, figures, or references.

Requirements for preparing full-text materials:

The papers must be original and unpublished in other publications. The prepared and submitted full-text materials from the conference will be reviewed and published in an electronic edition with an ISBN, which will be included in the national reference list of contemporary Bulgarian scientific publications with scientific review. All papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.

All authors are required to comply with the requirements when preparing reports:

The total volume of the reports together with the abstracts should not exceed 10 standard pages, including tables, graphs and bibliography;
Reports are prepared in Bulgarian using MS Word.
Report title – in Bulgarian and English, in capital letters, Times New Roman font, Size – 14, Bold, centered, line spacing – Single;
The names of the authors are written in Bulgarian and English with full spelling of the name and surname and the initial of the surname, without titles, after one blank line below the title, font Times New Roman, Size – 12, Bold, centered. If the authors are from different institutions, the names are noted with a superscript after the authors' surnames;
Workplace (department/clinic, university/medical facility, for students – specialty) – after one blank line, Times New Roman font, Size – 12, non-bold, centered;
Summary and keywords – in English – up to 200 words of text, Italic, Size – 12, line spacing – Single. Structure of the abstract: purpose, materials and methods, results and conclusion. The text is written without hyphenation and no abbreviations are used;
Keywords – up to 5 keywords in English, Times New Roman font, Size – 12, separated by commas, listed in alphabetical order;
Main text of the report – in Bulgarian: font Times New Roman, Size – 12, line spacing – Single. The blank fields relative to the text should be: top – 2 cm, bottom – 2 cm, left – 2 cm, right – 2 cm, A4 sheet format. Pages are not numbered. Indentation on a new line: Format, Paragraph, Special – First line, By – 1 cm.

Report structure: introduction, objective, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusion. The text is written without hyphenation. It is recommended not to use abbreviations;
Figures, diagrams and tables: Figures, diagrams and tables should be placed in an appropriate place around the text to which they refer. Their width should not exceed the width of the text. Figures, diagrams and tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals, written in Italic font, Size – 12, centered (the font of the text inside tables, graphs or figures should be 10). The numbering and title of the tables should be above them, and of the figures and diagrams – below them;
Acknowledgements;
Literature: References in the text are given in Arabic numerals in square brackets in the order of their appearance in the text. When preparing the bibliography, the requirements of the National Library of Medicine for articles in periodicals, books, electronic materials, etc. are followed: https://www.nlm.nih.gov/bsd/uniform_requirements.html
Contact information: Author's name, institution/university, department, e-mail;
File name is the surname of the first author, written in English. In the case of a second report submitted by the same author, the surname is followed by Arabic numerals 1 and 2 to distinguish them.

Papers that do not meet the requirements will not be included in the proceedings.
