Biography

He completed his secondary education at the Technical College of Economics, Ruse in 1996. In 2001, he obtained a master's degree in the specialty "Financial Control" at the Academy of Economics "D. A. Tsenov", town of Svishtov. After successfully passing exams in 2011 and 2020, he acquired a certificate for "internal auditor in the public sector", issued by the Minister of Finance, respectively majoring in "Economics of Health Care" at the Medical University - Sofia. In 2021, he successfully defended a dissertation on the topic "Evaluation of control over the implementation of contracts for the provision of primary outpatient medical care" and obtained the educational and scientific degree "doctor" in the scientific specialty "Social medicine and organization of health care and pharmacy" at the University of Medicine - Sofia. From the month of November 2021, she is enrolled for studies in the specialty "Medical Informatics and Health Management" at the same university.

The accumulated professional experience of Miroslava Juglarska, MD, is in the field of auditing. In the period 2002-2003, he worked as a junior internal auditor in the Agency for State Internal Financial Control - Territorial Directorate, Ruse (now the Agency for State Financial Inspection). From 2004 to mid-2017, he successively held the positions of "trainee-auditor", "auditor", "auditor - first degree" and "auditor - second degree" in the Audit Chamber of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Since June 2017, she has been appointed, after a competition, as an assistant in the Department of Health Care Economics at the Faculty of Public Health of the Medical University - Sofia. Conducts semester exercises for students from the "Public Health and Health Management", "Health Care Management" and "Nursing" majors, to acquire the educational qualification degree "Bachelor", in the study disciplines: "Introduction to Economic Knowledge", " Health Economics", "Financial Management in Health Care", "Health Insurance and Financing Models", "Accounting and Control", "Informatics".

The scientific interests of Miroslava Dzhuglarska, PhD are in the following areas: health economics, public health, socio-economic problems in health care, health management, financial management in health care, models of financing health systems, accounting and control in the field of health care .

He is the author of ten scientific publications in Bulgarian and international publications in the field of control and reporting of primary outpatient medical care, public health and health economics.
