New simulation room for the exercises of the specialty "Nurse"

Educational simulation room for exercises of students from the specialty "Nurse" at the Health and Medical Center "Prof. Dr. Ts. Vodenicharov, PhD" at the MU - Sofia was opened on the territory of Achibadem City Clinic UMBAL Tokuda. It is a joint project of the medical facility and the faculty. Its implementation is the result of long-term cooperation between them.

This project is part of a mission and a long way that ASK UMBAL Tokuda, together with FOZ at MU-Sofia, are traveling together with the aim of providing a better and quality training process to the future nurses who are in great need, not only in Bulgaria, but also worldwide.

Thanks to the functionalities of the classroom, health care educators will be able to achieve even more successful training, and students in the sector will go through the closest training to the real work environment.

In the official opening of a new step in the meaningful cause, giving a greater chance to many of those who chose to be nurses, Dr. Venelina Mileva, executive director of ASK UMBAL Tokuda, Assoc. Prof. Alexandrina Vodenicharova, dean of FOZ made a welcome , Prof. Karolina Lubomirova, Deputy Rector of MU-Sofia, Deputy Head Ms. Miglena Sirakova, ASK UMBAL Tokuda, Mrs. Milka Vasileva, President of the Bulgarian Association of Healthcare Professionals and Maria Doinova, student in the specialty "Nurse" at the Department of "Health Care" at the Health and Welfare Institute "Prof. Dr. Ts. Vodenicharov, Ph.D.'

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the teaching staff of the "Health Care" Department at the FOZ, senior nurses and health care specialists from ASK UMBAL Tokuda, as well as students from the "Nursing" specialty.
