REQUIREMENTS TO THE AUTHORS

Accepted for publication are: original articles, reviews, clinical cases, abstracts, reviews, short scientific communications (letters to the editor, etc.). The first three are subject to peer review, while the rest are subject to expert judgment by the editorial board. Passignedthey publications are subject to review. If approved by the editor-in-chief, the materials are reviewed by reviewers who remain anonymous to the authors. The review is single-blind. The reviewed articles is treatst confidential. Reviewers use a standardized evaluation form. 

The average rejection rate for publications per year is around 20%. Editors and reviewers should decline to participate in the evaluation of a submitted material when they have a conflict of interest.

The texts must be prepared for printing with Microsoft Office. Obamthe of articles with their own research should is until 8-10 pages, and review articles – up to 6-7 pages.

The text should be formatted as follows:

THE SUMMARY ON BULGARIAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE must be every in volume up to 10 lines through 1 blank line:

Own research should be structured as follows: introduction; purpose, objectives and methods of the study; results and conclusions from the analysis conducted, and in review articles It is necessary to state the purpose of the study, present current analyses of the problem, and draw a conclusion..

USED LITERATURE, cited in the text, is given at the end of the article and is numbered alphabetically by the last name of the first author. The authors are listed first in Cyrillic, then in Latin. In the text, cited sources are indicated in parentheses with a number corresponding to that in the bibliography.

ADRESSUH FOR CORRESPONDENCE is written after the last page, indicating the three names of the authora/ authorsthey, represented organization, yes–email for contact.

Within two weeks of receiving the article, the authors will be informed of the decision to publish the article, which is based on the review by the reviewers who evaluated the work. The publication of the article is carried out within one month of the decision of the editorial board. No fees are required from the authors for processing the manuscripts or for their publication.

Ethical norms:

All co-authors should have contributed to the specific work and agree with the conclusions. Anyone who contributed to the research or preparation of the manuscript but is not an author should be included in the acknowledgments list instead.

Editors take appropriate measures to identify and prevent publication of materials reflecting studies with violated research ethics. Studies conducted on humans or animals must be approved by the relevant ethics committees and comply with international ethical and legal standards for scientific research. Authors must respect the right to privacy and confidentiality of participants, make every effort to anonymize personal data, especially when describing clinical cases, and obtain the necessary consent for publication before submitting the material to the journal. 

Authors should not use words, figures, or ideas of others without reference. All sources should be cited where they are used. The editorial board also uses specific tools (such as StrikePlagiarism) to recognize overlap of the submitted materials with other publications.

Authors are required to submit a declaration of potential conflict of interest along with the manuscript.

Responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of published data, stated opinions and positions in all publications of the magazine. "Hello"of politics and management” belong to the author. Only materials that are submitted for the first time for printing and have not been published in other scientific publications are published. The copyright on the published materials belongs to the publisher.
