As. Dr. Polina Angelova, MD

Biography:

D–Polina Angelova graduated as master's degree – "doctor" c Medical University - Sofia through 2019

From 2020, after a successful competition, he held the academic position of "assistant" in the Department of Preventive Medicine to Faculty of Public Health "Prof. Dr. Tsekomir Vodenicharov, PhD", MU-Sofia.

He is a full-time doctoral student in scienceata specialty "Mdisaster management” in the Department of Preventive Medicine.

Teaching activity

Participates in the teaching activity in Disaster Medicine at students from the specialties "Medicine", "Dental Medicine", "Nurse", "Midwife", "Physician Assistant", "Physical Therapy", "Health Care Management" etc.

Publications and research interests

Dr. Polina Angelova's scientific interests are in the field of preventive medicine, management of risk in extreme situations and disaster, accident and disaster medical insurance.

Dr. Angelova has scientific publications in national and international collections, scientific journals, as well as participation in scientific conferences in the field of population protection during disasters, preventive medicine, public health and health management.

Member of the Bulgarian Medical Union.

Member of the Bulgarian Scientific Society for Public Health.
