Prof. Tsvetelina Mihailova, MD, PhD

In 2000 graduated from NATFIZ "Krastyo Sarafov" with a degree in actress.

In 2014 graduated with a master's degree in "Public Health and Health Management" at the Faculty of Public Health at the Medical University - Sofia.

After defending his thesis in 2015, he obtained the educational and scientific degree "doctor" in social medicine and organization of health care and pharmacy.

In 2015 after a competition, held the position of university assistant at the "Health Policy and Management" department of the Faculty of Public Health at the Medical University - Sofia.

He has been working in the "Medical Pedagogy" department of the Faculty of Public Health at the Medical University - Sofia since 2016.

In 2018 after winning a competition, she was appointed to the academic position of "Associate Professor" at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences of the University of Sofia - Sofia.

In 2020 defended his Doctor of Psychological Sciences at Neofit Rilski University of Applied Sciences in Blagoevgrad and obtained the degree of Doctor of Sciences.

He is the author of over 200 publications in national and foreign publications and 20 with an impact factor; 28 monographs, one of which is co-authored; participates in poster and oral presentations, in national and international scientific conferences, seminars, lecture courses and trainings.

Her scientific interests are in the field of health policy, health management, medical pedagogy, medical psychology, art therapy. He is actively engaged in scientific research, specializing in the fields of "Economics of Health Care" and "Psychology of Management".

He is actively engaged in scientific research. There are 8 monographs published:

"VALUES IN SOCIETY - MODERN UNDERSTANDINGS AND CONTRADICTIONS", "Motivation of health care professionals", "Psychological aspects of health care management", "Role of Motivation for Effectiveness of Medical Specialist", "Psychological Aspects of Health Care Management", "Ethical and psychological aspects in the professional practice of medical specialists", "Study book on Disaster Medicine" and "Anxiety and mental resilience", as well as over 200 scientific publications in the country and abroad.

He is a member of the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria, the National Association for Health Policy and Management and the Art Therapy Society.
