Assoc. Dr. Daniela Gavrailova, PhD, graduated with honors from the Higher Medical Institute - Sofia, specialty "medicine", educational qualification degree "master" in 1984. In 2005 she obtained a second higher education with an educational qualification degree "Master" in the specialty "Public Health and Health Management" at the Medical University - Sofia. He started working as a resident therapist in the BNMP at the ORB - town of Pernik. From 1988 to 2000, he worked at the Clinic for Metabolic Diseases - ISUL (MBAL "Tsaritsa Joanna"), successively holding the positions of research assistant III, full-time graduate student and resident therapist. From 2000 to 2008, she was the deputy director at the Medical College - Sofia, and from 2008 to the present she worked at the Faculty of Public Health "Prof. Dr. Tsekomir Vodenicharov, PhD" at the Medical University - Sofia, where she was an expert and teacher . Since 2017, he has been an associate professor at the same faculty.

Associate Professor Daniela Gavrailova, Ph.D., has acquired specialties in "Internal Diseases" (1996) and "Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases" (2006).

Since 1991, Assoc. Dr. Daniela Gavrailova, PhD, holds an educational and scientific degree "candidate of medical sciences" (currently "doctor of medicine") after a successfully defended dissertation work.

Assoc. Dr. Daniela Gavrailova, MD participated in the implementation of a national project "Support, rehabilitation and social integration of people with disabilities due to oncological diseases - creation of a day care center in SBALO-EAD, Sofia" under program BG2006/018-343.01 .01 - Deinstitutionalization through the provision of services for risk groups of the Ministry of Health (2009) and projects at the Faculty of Public Health "Prof. Dr. Tsekomir Vodenicharov, PhD" - "Information and training of students from the specialty "midwife" and midwives for assessment of the risk of postpartum depression" (2017) and "Study of breathing in women of working age (18-64 years) from the field of health care" (2021).

Member of the following societies: Bulgarian Society of Nutrition and Dietetics, Bulgarian Society of Endocrinology, Scientific Society of Medical Education, Bulgarian Scientific Society of Public Health - BANDOZ

He is the author of a textbook on Internal Medicine, has over 53 scientific publications and 45 citations.
