PSCHOLARSHIP AWARD POLICY

The French Government Scholarships (BGF), are awarded every year by the French Institute in Bulgaria, which has built a system of rules valid for all scholarship recipients. The selection of candidates is subject to priorities determined by mutual agreement by a committee composed of French and Bulgarian specialists. The decision of the commission is its sovereign right.

French government scholarships are awarded for degree programs at levels master's degree (M2) and PhD under dual scientific supervision (cotutelle), as well as for high level research stay.
