FPH Strengthens Its Strategic Ties with Tbilisi Medical University
In the period March 5-11, 2025, representatives of the Management of MU-Sofia and the Faculty of Public Health "Prof. Dr. Tsekomir Vodenicharov, MD" visited the Medical University in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Fruitful meetings were held with the Rector of the university, as well as with the Management of the Faculty of Public Health regarding the continuation and expansion of cooperation between the two universities.
Representatives of MU-Sofia also took part in the organized XI Winter School of Public Health. Prof. Dr. Anzhelika Velkova, MD, PhD participated with a lecture on the topic "Health disparities based on some examples from Bulgaria".
Students from the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Public Health "Prof. Dr. Tsekomir Vodenicharov, MD" participated.
