Biography:

Ch. assistant Dimitrina Blagoeva Yordanova, PhD in medical science, born in the city of Sofia, Teaches at the "Health Care" Department, Medical University - Sofia, Faculty of Public Health "Prof. Tzecomir Vodenitcharov, MD, DSc". 

2004 - educational and qualification degree "Specialist" at Medical College "Yordanka Filaretova" at Medical University - Sofia. 2011 - educational and qualification degree "Bachelor" in "Health Care Management" at the Faculty of Public Health at Medical University - Sofia. 2013 - third higher education with educational and qualification degree "Master" in the specialty "Public Health and Health Management" at the Faculty of Public Health at the Medical University - Sofia. She has acquired a specialty in "Public Health". 2020 - defends a dissertation on "Social and health problems of children with epilepsy and their families" and acquires an educational and scientific degree "Doctor" in "Social medicine and organization of health care and pharmacy". Takes part in the National Program "Young scientists and postdoctoral fellows".

"Microsurgical interventions in Neurosurgery (vascular, neuro-oncological and endoscopic) - operative techniques" and "Anesthesiology and intensive care in Neurosurgery" at Medical University - Sofia.

2004 – 2006 nurse at "Alexandrovska" UMBAL, Neurosurgery Clinic - operating block. 2006 – 2014 Operating nurse at UMBAL "St. Ivan Rilski", Neurosurgery Clinic. 2014 – 2022 - lecturer at MU-Sofia, Faculty of Public Health "Prof. dr. Tsekomir Vodenicharov, PhD", Department of "Health Care". 2022 until now - assistant and chief assistant of MU-Sofia, Faculty of Public Health "Prof. Tzecomir Vodenitcharov, MD, DSc". 

Publications and scientific interests:

Ch. assistant Dimitrina Blagoeva, PhD in medical science participated in 27 scientific reports in national and international scientific forums, author and co-author in 60 publications. Author of monograph "Health and social problems of children with epilepsy". Participation in 88 conferences, seminars and postgraduate trainings. The scientific interests of Ch. assistant Dimitrina Blagoeva, PhD in medical science are in the field of surgery, neurology, neurosurgery and palliative care.
